Fundraising (including FunderFinder software)

FunderFinder is available on both our computers. We have:

  • GIN (Groups In Need). FunderFinder describe GIN as software that "helps charities and voluntary organisations identify which charitable trusts might support their work. GIN retrieves funders that match the search profile entered by the grant-seeker, excludes those that are inappropriate, ranks the funders found in best match order and allows the user to consider 'partial matches'.".
  • Apply Yourselves. Provides help writing a grant application.
  • Budget Yourselves. helps voluntary organisations or community groups to write a budget.

How we can help you with Funderfinder

In addition to offering access to the software...

  • You can use the software alongside fundraising books in the Centre's Community Library.
  • We recommend that users first attend a one-to-one advice session with us to help you use the software and the funding section of the Community Library.
  • A Help/Instruction Pack is also available from our Reception.
